So we're going to be back soon for another set, answering some more of your questions! As we mentioned before, hope you understand that its a little hard for us to answer each question asked by you all. We try to cover most of them, especially the bubbly, adorable ones! Big smile

So guys, we hope that you'll enjoy reading this next set of answers and we'll be back in a blink soon with the 3rd and final round of answers!

Aks2

which one of u like the childrens more hussain or tina???
tina!!what ur nephews i mean hussian's bro childrens call u??

Hussain- I think Tina does!

Tina- I also think I like children more because he gets bored after a while...I can play with them all day long! My nephews, Hussains brother's children, Ali and Mazhar, call me 'kaki' but his sister's daughter calls me 'Ti Mami' because when she was younger she couldn't pronounce my full name! But I think the name she's given is really cute so I've asked her to only call me by that!Big smile

lilprincess95

If u both are been made invisible for a day then what will you do?
Has Tina ever beaten you with shoes or stick?(Q.3.)
For one day if u get the control the whole universe, what will you do?

Tina- Sarah, namaste and salaam to you too! If I were invisible, I would surely have come beaten YOU with shoes and sticks for asking Hussain question no.3! LOL Do you think I look like the wife who will beat her husband?! LOL

Hussain- For one day if I could control the whole universe, I would eradicate poverty and corruption and spread smiles and happiness!

Sonalihutifan

For both: Love to me is........................................

Nafeesa di, (bhaiyya's sister) is a reknwoned Cardiologists abroad (erm...this is what I scooped out through goggle about you). So, my question is, do you ever regret not having in an intellectual job like an engineer or doctor...?(though we love ur job...:-))
Is it true that you and Karan Singh Grover had been roped in for a movie together? Was it the Vivek Mushran movie? Are you going to work in it?

Hussain- Love for me is unconditional.

Tina- Love for me is God's gift to mankind!

Hussain- Well, my sister is a surgeon and my brother in-law is a cardiologist.

I don't regret anything. I love my job. I love doing my job everyday and think it's meant for me. I don't think I would've been better as an engineer/doctor.  And as far as the movie is concerned, Karan Singh Grover and I were roped in for a movie but it hasn't yet taken off so I can't say much about it.

Tina- And thank you Shonali for finally saying you love me more than Hussain! You're the only fan who has said that to me. Tongue

Today i suddenly remebred krishna arjun and it various episodes....hussain u were awsoommme in that........i wld want u to that kinda movie or serial.........!!
Hussain
- Eid Mubarak to you too! Thank you for all your comments. Even I am very fond of 'Krishna Arjun'. I had a great time shooting for it and so did the rest of the team. The running around and spying was fun even though we were only faking it. LOL Please inform me also when the episodes are shown. I would also love to catch a few episodes and re-live the great times attached to this show!

Freezinme

And Tina.. i noe u must hv answered this ques many times.. so just once more.. do u anywhere feel/ever felt jealous of Hussain's fans.. i myself hv a biiig biiiiig crush on him since i ws so small..... n he wil remain my hero forever.. so do u ever felt as in.. why gurlzz r always after ur hubby ;)

Tina- I have no idea why girls go so gaga over Hussain. Earlier, yes, I would get jealous and want him away from their glares! But now not only am I used to it, but even matured. Hussain has given me a lot of security and the female fan base is a parcel in his profession. So I'm okay with it now! But please, leave my hubby to me! Hehe. Thank you for considering Hussain as your hero. He is my real life Hero too. Big smile

*Shifali*

Your fans like to call you both HuTi, what were your reactions when you first heard this combined name?
Tina, has Hussain ever cooked for you? If so, is he a good cook? Or, the first time he cooked for you, what was your reaction?
What nicknames do you both have for each other?

Tina- Hey Shifali, when we read the suggestion(s) of 'HUTI' initially, we were not too sure if it suited us best. But now we are used to it and changing it is no point. We're sure all our fans will yet relate with this nickname they have given us! In fact we too refer to some of our fans as 'HUTI fans'! Tongue

And sadly Hussain has never cooked for me but I hope he does someday. I keep pestering him to put on the apron and feed me something. Maybe surprise me with a nice, self-cooked meal/dish? Or am I just day dreaming and hoping for the impossible? LOL I think I am but hope not! Smile

I call him Kichinu Hubby! And he calls me Mermaid.

Sanayasir

May i ask ur father's name?
what are ur fav drinks??

Hussain- My dad's name is Kayam Kuwajerwala.
Tina- My favorite drink is Diet Coke.

Alihasnain

Do u guys smoke??if not then have u ever tried it just for fun which normally every youngster does.....

Tina..I think you n Ritesh Deshmukh r friends..Were u Class Mates??

Tina: No none of us smoke. We have never even tried it. We suggest you don't either! Riteish & I were never class mates. We met through a common friend and have remained friends ever since. I think he is a very good actor and has great comic timing!

Suggestion...

Tina- Hussain and I believe that religions and differences are only created by mankind. God didn't intend it that way. He is one and is meant to be looked upon that way. Allah, Ishwar, Christ are all the same. No one has said that you have to marry only within your own community. A Christian can marry a Muslim, vice-versa and so on...Try and make your father understand that God has no such rule and that the love you and your dear one share is deep and true. And that's all that should matter.

Hussain- Tina and I have been brought up in different societies, with their own set of beliefs and rules. But we are together and will remain so for life. We face no internal problems what so ever and are happily married. You only need one emotion to make it together for life. And that is - Love! If you have that, then we are sure you will be able to convince your families. We wish you a very happy and joyous life together.

Luvkaranmadly & luvuguys

when u both ve a fight who patches up first? / well i wanna ask hussain tht whnevr tina gets angry on u thn how do manofy(pataoo)her n vice versa...

Hussain- Well some myths about men and women are absolutely right. For example, men end up making it upto their women while women only sulk/intentionally stay angry, very well knowing we men will fall for their natak and give in to them! LOL So 70% of the times it's me and 30% Tina.

Alishaluvsu

Why husein is always politically correct??even i dont think one should necessarily make statements that brew controversies but One should always speak n express his views..for example if somebody is asking him who is ur fav judge on NB..He just give one adjective to each one of them..never say whom he likes the most..Didn't u have any personal fav??

Are u guys morning person or evening??Do u like waking up early in the morning??

Hussain- Well I do agree with you to an extent, I am politically correct. It's hard to sometimes give specific answers. It's not that I don't have a particular option as my final choice. I do. But sometimes you have to be careful not to harm/hurt the others' feelings. If for example I were to choose one from three of my friends, I would give a generic reply and keep my favorite to myself, unsaid, for the simple reason not to make any of the three feel bad or let down. Although when need be, I wouldn't mind giving one and only one answer. But that would stir up unnecessary controversies and awkwardness. So on work related matters, one needs to be politically correct and diplomatic.

Tina- Hussain is a morning person while I am an evening person!

Nazia16

We really want to see ur home! Can u please post any pics of it?

Tina- Yes our home is on popular demand so we will put up pictures of it soon. We hope it gives you a good glimpse of it and how homely we try keeping it!

Love,

Hussain and Tina

Hey guys!

We are very very very sorry for having kept you all waiting for us! We got extremely busy first with the Heartthrobs tour, then came in Diwali and obviously DPL followed up! A big thank you to all of you for your good wishes and blessings on the 'birthday' day Big smile and also for DPL.

How did your Diwali go?? Hope the beginning to the year started with a blast of crackers.

Anyway... when we looked at all the questions, we were like, O my god! LOL So many questions and that too such good ones, it was really getting difficult to select and answer just few! So we have decided to break the questions you all have posted  into 3  - 4 parts and try answering maximum of them (once again, it's really not possible to answer all). So for now we are answering a few of the questions and the rest of the answers will keep on following in the next few blog entries (and this time, we promise we will be back soon).

So guys, let's get started with the first round of answers to all your adorable questions!

_Hira_89

Do you guys both accommodate for each other's different religious values and rites?

Tina- We celebrate all the festivals...be it Eid, Diwali, Christmas or Parsi New Year! None of us believe in only our religion. We believe that God is one. We go to the mosques, temples, churches, Gurudwara, all of them! Even our families do. My mother in-law also like us does Diwali Puja with me and I also celebrate Eid with her, along with my own family. So, this practical and open religious view is shared by all of us in the family.

Hussain- Absolutely! We are glad that we are all so open to any and every religion. It's all in the head, how you look at it. Luckily neither of us are biased. We are grateful to the Almighty, wherever He is and I'm sure He is One. Differences get created only if you create them.

1) Considering you are both really busy what small things do you do for each other during the day?  how often do you get to cook tina?

Tina- We both try to do whatever we can for each other...not necessarily every single day but definitely try our best whenever we can. And yes, I used to never cook earlier but suddenly I have found this new fondness for cooking. I download recipes off the internet and keep experimenting off and on making new dishes. I don't like the regular cooking! So far everything tried and tested has turned out good. Hussain loves most of it so I get motivated to try new things!

Hussain- By the way, Tina makes excellent fish & mutton!
2) How often do you guys meet with hussain's family.....i know you live very close to them but still
Tina- You're right, we stay close to our families. We meet each other's families very often. Hussain goes there for his daily cup of tea every morning. We meet when time permits but are almost always in each others' houses!

3)
Tina what kind of relationship do you share with each member of hussain's family....like with his mom, brother, bhabhi, nephews, sister and all? What about you hussain?

Tina- I share a great bond with each of them. His sister from the US and I gel well. Her kids and I are very fond of each other. They call us often and we have a great chat. Her daughter is just like me. She loves to be girly and dress up which no one else in the family does because most of them are guys. When she comes over, she tries on my clothes and will admire herself in the mirror, ask us how beautiful she's looking! She will pick up my dresses and I guess she is growing up to be just like me! Wink

 4) Also hussain how come you don't like mehendi?
Hussain-There's no particular reason for my dislike towards mehndi...I know it is said to be auspicious and very lucky especially for brides and married women. But I think it's the smell that gets to me! I don't find it very pleasant and hence am not fond of it. In fact as a kid, when my mother would have henna designed on her hands, I would never allow her to feed me. That is the only time she would get to make me eat myself! I just cannot take the smell! Dead

Kumsumjuhu

1) What is the colour of your toothbrush?
Hussain: Hey Laraib, I've never even noticed the colour of my toothbrush! LOL

Tina- My toothbrush is pink and Hussain's is purple

2) What do you like to watch on tv? your favorite show or serial?

Hussain- 'FREINDS' is my favorite. I also like all the comedy serials like 'Laughter Challenge' and 'Comedy Circus'. These are some of my favorites currently!

Krishy_

Tina, can u plz tell me how the Gaurav Khanna prank incident actually happen?

Tina- I'm a very big prankster! I love playing pranks! But I was not the only criminal in disguise doing the prank. It was Hussain, Vivaan and myself, all three of us that had ganged up against poor Gaurav Khanna!

The incident started with the three of us gone for a drive. We thought we'll drop by and meet him, so I called him up. I spoke with a put-on, husky voice, asking him what he was up to, etc. He said he was watching a film and I asked him to come down to meet me. Which he didn't! So we continued the prank later with Hussain and Vivaan being my assistants. They would give me information about Gaurav like which school and college he's from, the girls he knew, his friends, etc to surprise him how a stranger (me!) knew so much about him! So I would call him and give out these details, saying I'm from Kanpur and that I used to sit beside him in class. Gaurav was totally taken back, wondering who this girl is! We continued this prank for a while and asked him to meet me. But then I realized it will get embarrassing for me, when he sees and finds out that it's 'me' to his surprise! So I chickened out to Hussain and Vivaan. But these two boys convinced me and they sent me with flowers to meet him! I wore a cap just in case he would recognize me from the distance and had Hussain and Vivaan around with a camera to shoot this prank! But boys that they are, they did something to the camera and didn't manage filming this incident! Finally when Gaurav came, I removed my cap and started laughing at him! But I think he was so nervous that he just did not recognize me! I had to shake him up and tell him it's me, Tina! When he saw Hussain and Vivaan, is when it struck him who I was.  LOLLOLLOL

What is so so special in ur journey- the love story, which is missing in other couples and what is that thing which ul think is there only within u both and not among other couples?

Hussain- We have a 9-year relationship which is going great. But there is nothing extra ordinary about us specifically; every couple goes through rough and tough times. How they stand together and come out of the mess is what matters! We both knew we wanted to be each others' life partners, come what may! We surpassed all the problems, together, never giving up on either! Life changed, careers grew, priorities were re-ordered, people came and left, we went through bad phases where many a times we didn't see each other. Tina would long for me when I was busy shooting and all I wanted to do, was pack up and hug her tight! So we had our set of problems, ups and downs...There are bad days, but happy ones too. So I would just say that one should never de-motivate themselves ever! Keep going! That is what Life teaches you and is all about.  Smile

Dr.KaranSG

Hussein were you in Michigan recently specifically Somerset Mall, Troy MI?

Hussain- Yes it was me that you saw at the Mall. You should have come up to me and let me also see who you are! So next time dear, you happen to spot me; do approach me as even I would want to meet you. Take care!

rajal_abc

Have you ever proposed tina in a filmy way? If yes, then how......and did you sing a song for Tina?

Hussain - We were at Lonavla with a couple of friends. Suddenly all of them disappeared, but only happened to! It was not planned... The weather was romantic and so was the location. So I got down on my knees and popped the question, instantly! And I would love to sing to her everyday but time doesn't permit! Wink
If hussain is not talking to you (a fight or for some other reason) then how do you try to make things better?

Tina- It's always generally me not talking to Hussain. Tongue  He never says he won't talk to me. But at times when he isn't, it is a task to get him to even look at me!

Sonalihutifan

1) Who's more sentimental -Husein bhaiyya or Tina di?
Tina- Hey Sonali, I'm definitely more sentimental than Hussain!
2) For Tina di- don't you ever get weary to girls lining up every time you guys go out to enjoy?...Honest answers please!

Tina- I used to get irritated earlier when girls would come up to Hussain. But he has given me so much security, belief and trust that it just doesn't bother me anymore. Tongue
3) For Tina Di:What mental state were you in when you met Husein bhaiyya's Mom for the first time as a daughter-in-law?Is she strict?...

Tina- She is very loving and caring unlike my mother who only shouts at me! LOL The bond I share with my mother in-law is inexplicable and like every daughter in-law, I too love and think my mother in-law is THE best!
4) For Bhaiyya: Your most memorable moment with your father.

Husaain- I think once a loved and dear one passes away and leaves everyone, every moment shared becomes a memorable one. It is very sad but everyone has to leave some day or the other! One particular memory I can recollect is that every Sunday, my father would take us to Juhu Beach. We would gather with all his friends and their respective families to have a ball of a time! We would do that on a frequent basis.

Samiha sweety

CharmedSam

1) Hussain y dont u come to pakistan??? Here are millions of fans who would lyk to meet u n tina too.

Hussain- Hey Osama, I have been to Pakistan. A lot of people there do like and appreciate our work. We can't come there very often but one of my visits there, changed my perception towards Pakistan totally! It made me realize that there is nothing different between your land and ours. It's very much similar. The love is mutual and only the border separates us.
2) Tina did u ever thought that things are not working out between u n hussain???
Tina- We hit it off really well from day one. Touch wood nothing has gone wrong/amiss/shaky between us ever! Smile

3) Hussain y dont u do a comic character???
Hussain-I would love to do a comic character. It will be difficult but when time permits and an opportunity comes up, I will surely take it up!

Tina- Even I love his comic timing!

4) Tina y don't u act in dramas??

Tina- As far as acting is concerned; I don't think it's for me. It requires inborn talent which I surely don't have!

So guys, we really enjoyed answering the questions and we hope you enjoy reading the answers! We'll be back really soon with the '2nd round of answers'!

Love,

Hussain and Tina

"I think I'm falling even more in love with you seeing your performance at the Rajiv Gandhi Awards!" - Tina to Hussain

Hussain: Hey guys! Today the sun's risen from the west.

Tina: Huh?? Why?

Hussain: Because You're going to praise me full on, remember?

Tina: Oh ya, right! I loved Hussain's performance at the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi Awards. I was lucky enough to catch a sneak peek of it first! I was sent a CD & loved all the artistes' performances.

Hussain: I'm glad you liked it so much but I wished you were there to cheer for, & support me!

Tina: That I anyway do, whether there/not. But I think you deliver better in my absence.

Hussain: Are you implying that your presence is a distraction for me??

Tina: Ummm, maybe! Tongue  But I think from what I saw, you were fabulous! The theme of nationalism & patriotism was very well conceptualized & brought out.

Hussain: Oh yes! It was very inspiring & refreshing. The feel was different & gave out a message.

Tina: I'm really happy you tried it out. I didn't know you could be so patriotic! I think I'm falling even more in love with you! Embarrassed

Hussain: Then I wonder what will happen if I go to the border for our country! LOL
But jokes apart-compliments coming from you, one of my biggest critics, is a big deal for me!

Tina: Stop flying high! You're still not perfect! Tongue
Anyway so I hope you all will catch this grand performance for yourself tomorrow on Sony Entertainment Television at 8pm.

Hussain: Yes & do post us what you think of it!

Love,

Hussain & Tina
