Fitness Regime

Hussain Fitness"Shape your mind ... and the body will follow"


This is the motto I follow and believe in. To want to stay fit & healthy is a must these days. I am all for being in shape & working hard for it. My routine is not very tiresome; it's quite divided & simplified rather!

My regime:   
1st day-chest & biceps

2nd day-legs

3rd day-cardio

4th day- shoulders & triceps

5th day- back


6th day- cardio & abs

But it's not necessary I do all of it. Sometimes I just carry it forward if I haven't been able to keep up.


1st Day -Chest & Biceps

 

Flat, incline, decline, peck deck are the basics for chest.

Dumbbells, preacher & hammer are the basics for biceps.

It all has different forms & try variations.

 

Every body part is equally important & you must understand your body & your individual requirements. Don't try & go for heavy weights on day one because once you get injured, you'l have to pay heavily. Know your body's limitations. But do stay fit & work out to maintain your fitness.Will keep giving you my fundas about fitness and tips to the best of my capabilities on the rest of the parts of the body. Till then, keep working out!
